Important Announcements
The semi-annual Columbine High School Blood Drive will be on Tuesday, October 22nd from 9:30am - 1:30pm in the library. Anyone can sign up using the following link. We are trying something different this time around and using the Vitalant Donor Portal to sign up for time slots, complete the Fast Track Questionnaire, and receive reminders. This will require donors to create an account to sign up for a timeslot. There are some benefits for the portal as it allows all communication, sign up, and reminders to be sent through the same space. You can also control the communication that you receive from Vitalant in the portal as well.
Parent consent form, donor eligibility information, and other pertinent documents are linked below.
Vitalant Portal Donor Sign Up (Be sure to sign up quick as spots will most likely fill up fast!)
Parent Consent Form (must be completed by any students that are 16 and 17 years old) , Consent Form in Spanish

REMINDERS
The District has implemented a new online absence reporting process this year, "Campus Parent Absence Request". This new process allows parents to report an absence using Campus Parent, versus calling in the absence. It is a more streamlined process and has been very well received! Please see the attached flyer AND view the informational letter HERE.
